Anyone can benefit from a class at Off Road. Our coaches will encourage you to give it your all, the intensity of the workout depends on how much you put into it. Off Road is a team environment and no one will feel uncomfortable. BIKE, BOX, and BUILD classes are a great way to get fit and stay fit!

930RIDE

Join us the first Friday of the month for a special ride sponsored by our friends at the 930 Club! With a playlist provided by 930 featuring bands and artists performing at the 930 Club, U Street Music Hall, Merriweather Post Pavillion, and free ticket giveaways. This is a class you don’t want to miss!


BIKE + CORE VX

Just like BIKE + CORE but with real time performance tracking developed by Stages Flight allows the riders to work based on their own power zones and track their progress during class PLUS receive post-ride emails with their ride details.

BIKE + CORE EXPRESS

BIKE + CORE express is our more condensed combo (1hr) workout which incorporates 40 minutes of cycling followed by a killer 15 minute core workout. As always any upper body and core work at Off Road is done OFF the bike! 


BIKE30 VX

Our Off Road coaches will lead you through flat roads, hills, intervals all to the beat of awesome tunes AND using the best metrics on the market ensuring a fun and challenging workout. BIKE50 FRIDAY NIGHT THEME RIDE

Join us every Friday for a fun-filled Friday Night Theme Ride! Each week will feature one of Off Road's amazing cycling instructors with a theme of their choice. Guaranteed to be a fun & sweaty way to start off your weekend!


BIKE50 VX SUFFERFEST

Just like our Sunday Sufferfest only a bit shorter so you can fit in some mid-week suffering. We will still ride along with The Sufferfest virtual rides (& using the VismoX) but just because the ride is only 50 min, doesn''t mean it will be any easier. So suck it up, Buttercup & join us for The Sufferfest!

BABY & ME (BIKE + CORE)

Join Katie for our classic Bike + Core class, with a special twist. This class is open to new parents (& care givers) with young babies. 40 min BIKE VX ending with 15 min of specially designed core that is safe for postpartum moms! Music is kept low and the babies will be in the room with you! Let's get back in the fitness routine together!


SUNDAY SUFFERFEST VX (Seasonal)

Think you're tough? Well then its time to SUFFER! Using challenging virtual rides from some of the best indoor cycling video makers, this class can range from 90min-120min of high-intensity, sweat-inducing, soul-searching, gut-wrenching, but totally satisfying cycling.

BOX50 ALL LEVELS

BOX50 is Off Road’s signature boxing circuit workout. In this all levels class you will learn basic boxing technique, punches, and combinations as well as defensive moves and footwork. This class fits it all in. From heavy bags, to speed bags, to pad work, to strength – you get it all in this jam-packed 50min workout!

*wraps are required (available for purchase or rent)/ gloves are provided for free.


BOX50 LEVEL 1 (INTRO)

In this intro class you will learn basic boxing technique. More focus is placed on learn fundamentals of boxing including basic footwork and the 6 punches. 

Even though this is an intro class, this class still packs a punch!  This HIIT style class will teach you the basic but will keep you moving from the heavy bags, to pad work, to strength training – you get it all in this jam-packed 50min workout.  We recommend this this class for anyone trying out boxing for the first time, folks who want to hone their technique, or folks that may be a little intimidated by the all levels class.

BOX50 LEVEL 2 (INTERMEDIATE)

Oh hey there champ! If you have the basic footwork down and know all 6 punches, this may be the class for you. This class assumes that you are comfortable shadow-boxing or working on the heavy bag with little instruction. Combinations get a little more complex and more time is spent in partner or pad work.  

We recommend that you have taken at least 5 BOX50 all levels or BOX50 Level 1 classes before signing up for this class.  

Wraps are required and are available for purchase or rent at the studio.  Gloves are free but we recommend you purchase your own! 


BUILD30

Build strength. Build endurance. Build Power. This strength & power focused class uses TRX suspension straps, kettlebells and barballs to help build and tone muscle. We guarantee this 30min sweat-sesh will leave you feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BUT if you want a longer workout, stack this class with a BIKE30 or BOX30 for the ultimate sweat! Go ahead, BUILD your BURN!

BUILD30 CORE

Build strength. Build endurance. Build Power. This strength & power focused class uses TRX suspension straps, kettlebells and barbells to help build and tone your CORE. Everything starts with the core! So this class is KEY to your fitness success. 

We guarantee this 30min sweat-sesh will leave you feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. This class is the king of the stackable classes.  Add this on to your BIKE or BOX this class or maybe stack or BUILD30 (LOWER) or (UPPER) for the ultimate sweat! Go ahead, BUILD your BURN!


BUILD30 LOWER

Build strength. Build endurance. Build Power. This strength & power focused class uses TRX suspension straps, kettlebells and barballs to help build and tone your LOWER BODY. We focus on legs, glutes, back & core helping BUILD strong, lean, and beautiful legs (and booty). 

We guarantee this 30min sweat-sesh will leave you feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BUT if you want a longer workout, stack this class with a BIKE30 or BUILD30 (UPPER) or (CORE) for the ultimate sweat! Go ahead, BUILD your BURN!

Build strength. Build endurance. Build power. BUILD50 is a fast paced interval class that combines body weight exercises using TRX suspension straps, kettle bells, barbells and resistance bands to guarantee a FULL body workout!
